SPINDLE ASSEMBLIES, CUTTERHEADS & POSITIONING:

• Spindles are equipped with Tersa Knife Heads with hardened insert knives
• All Heads are Standard 5500RPM (optional 6000 RPM) and belt driven
• HD Precision Outboard Bearing assemblies on both spindles, with opening for quick removal of Tersa Knives from heads
• Spindles are manufactured from SCm-44 tool steel (Imported from Mitsubishi-Japan) with special heat treating to HR 30C fitted with 2 pairs of Duplex SKF Super precision high speed Bearings to provide the best in cutting stability with permanent accuracy. They are permanent grease lubed and are sealed and are impervious to dust and water
• Motorized positioning to Top Beam, Top head, chip breakers and pressure plates top feed rolls, etc..by keypad control and motorized adjustment
• Bottom Spindle ie. #1 has Siko mechanical digital position readout for vertical positining
• Independent manual vertical adjustment to top head top chip breaker & Pressure plate
• Carbide Spiral insert knife Cutterheads are included
